Valentina a Food Photographer and Food Stylist, former Chef, and forever a self proclaimed nerd. She is an Italian-born (now living in Toronto (Canada), farm-raised, lover of food, colors and a cookbook junkie.

Valentina has a deep respect and knowledge of food and is a strong believer that behind any product or recipe there is a story that needs to be told, and that is what she strives to convey in all her images.

Oh, when we say that Valentina is a "cookbook junkie", what we mean is that she owns over 400 of them. The oldest one was written by Leonardo da Vinci (whoa!), who was a huge lover of food and as we all know a genius. Ask her about it next time you see her.
